Classic massage

Classic massage:

  • relieves puffiness and eliminates the feeling of fatigue;
  • relaxes the limbs;
  • has a positive effect on the work of the brain and mental activity.

The working zones are the lower leg and thigh.

Step-by-step instruction

   The procedure can be performed on dry or moist skin.  To moisturize, use any natural oil or cream that does not contain a lot of fatty components.

  1. Massage your leg with light stroking movements, without pressing hard on the skin.  Movements should be as light as possible in order to relieve muscle tension and achieve relaxation;
  1. Strengthen the stroking, adding a little pressure with the brushes.  Rub your feet while warming up your skin.  Depending on the speed of movement, stroking at this stage has a calming or tonic effect.
  1. Knead the selected part of the leg – squeeze, stretch the skin, massage the folds.  Make movements confidently, but without pronounced pain;
  1. Grasp the lower leg or thigh with your hands as much as possible and start twisting the skin – one hand moves to the fingers, the other in the opposite direction;
  1. Relax the wrist, slightly spread your fingers to the sides and start “chopping” the leg with the edge of your palm.  Do not hit too hard – the blows should be felt, but not uncomfortable
  1. Finish with stroking to relax the muscles.

Therapeutic

  Therapeutic massage is a part of rehabilitation after complex fractures, leg surgery and other injuries. The purpose of the action is stimulation metabolic processes to restore damaged tissues, eliminate limb stiffness. Also, therapeutic massage is used to correct a flat foot, with eliminate limb stiffness.

Pedicure

Guasha massage is a Buddhist technique. Using scrapers made of natural materials, they performed therapeutic massages

 This technique not point one. You should massage some part of a foot which is responsible for corresponding viscus

Guasha Principles:

  1. It is not necessary to lubricate the skin. It does not matter
  2. Move your hands from top to down, in turn, horizontal movements can be any variations

Shiatsu 

Shiatsu is a Japanese technique, similar to the classic technique, which was described above. 

What gives Shiatsu massage: 

  • clarification of an organism from the toxins; 
  • relieve the pain in many area’s of   the musculoskeletal system, for example, in the back; 
  • acceleration of metabolism. 

Rules: 

  1. Shiatsu is carried out before bedtime, since the impact on the feet by the acupressure method allows you to relax the body, relieve tension and prevent insomnia; 
  1. massage is performed without the use of creams or oils; 
  1. the impact on the foot is carried out with the thumb, forefinger or middle finger; 
  1. begin and end the massage with a light stroking to relieve tension. 

instruction:
